  • Internet connectivity, including up/down status and average upload/download speeds.

WHAT WE CAN’T MONITOR

  • Audio/Video Quality: While a connected media player may appear online, we cannot monitor the actual audio or video performance.
  • App and Service Issues: We cannot detect specific problems within apps or services on your network devices (e.g., Netflix issues on Apple TV or Pandora errors on Sonos).
  • Other Items: We do not monitor toasters, toilets, major home appliances (yet), pets, kids, plant life, or zombie threats.
